The exfoliating side works well, the cloth side is very plastic/synthetic and doesn’t absorb or release water. The washcloth I used previously was terry cloth material with mesh. You can’t use these to wipe your face/body dry, kinda defeating the purpose.

You can throw your scrubs away. I use one on my face and a other for my body. They last forever and you can put them in the washing machine. Excellent value for the money.

Not enough good words about this wash cloth! These are perfect, easy to clean, and do a great job. The rough and smooth side are a great balance for my skin! Recommend 10/10

I love these wash rags they exfoliate wonderfully and am so glad I no longer have to feel up the wash rags at the department store. I have 4 rough tough rags that I have been trying to replace for years. I can no longer find these rags as people are stuck on the softer the better rags and manufacturers are trying to outdo each other on who can get it softer. Anyways this has been my personal frustration when trying to find a good rag to shower with, I’ve always felt cleaner when I can scrub myself clean with my wash cloth rather than a gentle wipe. I never knew I was exfoliating lol but yes these rags do give a fresh clean exfoliating experience and am so happy I have them. They aren’t to small as some manufacturers make but the right size for those who don’t have small dainty hands. I wash them on the gentle cycle using a laundry sanitizer in the rinse cycle then just air dry which seems to keep them just fine. Nothing is made anymore that can survive through a strong wash with hot to warm water so a laundry sanitizer is a must to keep towels sheets socks and unmentionables clean. Anyways these wash cloths make showering clean again.
