I bought this faucet as part of an update to the 1950 kitchen in a rental apartment. It is absolutely beautiful in the space. The high arch and swivel spout are particularly useful in a wall-mounted installation, for which pull-down spouts are scarce and costly.I did not rate the faucet for ease of installation. It came with connectors which were too short to reach my pipes in the wall.However, the customer service team at Soaago was just fantastic. I reached out and they immediately identified an inexpensive adapter kit which was compatible both with the faucet and with my pipe connection. The faucet installed easily with the separate adapter kit.The attached photo doesn't really do justice to the faucet because the grout and tile are still awaiting cleaning and polishing. I know this faucet will improve the attractiveness of the kitchen to prospective renters. I'm very happy with it, and can't say enough good things about the customer service team.

Love the design and it was easily installed. Love the water pressure and the moveable nozzle. I have a long farm house sink and I use a wash bin. And that movable nozzle works great to spray it clean. And I now have room to put big pots under it too. The only complaint I have is the handles are down. I would like them to be to the sides. But I haven't checked yet if I can change them. I do see an Allen head screw on them so maybe I can. Other than that. Very happy with it.

It looks ok. Sits very close to the wall, so further to reach but that is not an issue. It has a cheap feeling to it, not sure how long the chrome finish will last, feels it may peel with age.
