Good set. Lots of fun. Be prepared to use tweezers and a 4oz or smaller hammer. It's off brand, don't expect perfection. Has a lot of extra pieces at the end and bags are mixed, yet manageable. Instructions are not in English except a number count of needed pieces per step. For the price it's a great little hobby. Oh and don't misplace a piece, it's really hard to get them separated. Also, take some liberty with the folage. Mix up the flowers and direction of the pieces. It'll look more organic once it's done.

Have done several of these so far. Love building them. Instructions are laid out well. Colors are clearly distinguished and easy to understand. Had lots of extra pieces at the end, not missing any essential pieces.

Instructions were in Chinese and the diagrams ineffective in communicating what needed to be done for each step. Parts were all mixed together which meant slot of sorting. Would not recommend.

I'm highly disappointed with this one. I was about 95% done with building it. Also the green leaves were not in there to build the trees. I know they are tiny pieces, but damn can the manufacturer make sure what we need is in there.

This has been a lot of fun to assemble. The bricks are a really good quality and fit together firmly. The set even includes a tool to help pry apart small bricks that are stuck together. The only potential downside may be for people with big fingers, as these are truly mini-bricks, about one-third the size of the standard Lego bricks most people are familiar with. This also means they are not compatible with standard Lego bricks. However, this set does not appear to have been meant to be compatible, as it's part of their ancient buildings series, where they use their bricks to replicate historic Chinese buildings. I need to buy the other two sets in the series, now, to complete the entire building. This is great fun and will take a while to fully complete the whole building.Note that none of the instructions are in English. All instructions are pictographic, with the count for the tiles needed shown as x2, x7, x24, et cetera. Also, the manufacturer thoughtfully separated the bricks into a series of bags where similar bricks were intentionally separated to make it easier to verify you have all the right pieces. So, for example, the grey 1x8 bricks are intentionally in a bag with the white 4x6 bricks, to make it easier to distinguished them from the grey 1x10 bricks, which are in a different bag with the 4x12 green bricks. This makes it much easier to make sure you're working with the right bricks. And, because this set will take you a while to assemble, you may want to consider transferring the contents of each bag to a resealable sandwich bag, to keep the bricks separated into their original groups while you take your time to assemble the building.I would definitely recommend this set to my other brick-building friends.
