This punch is useful because you can stack several pieces together, attached in the middle, and then fold up the petals to make a 3 dimensional flower. It can make a rose if you curl the petals in on themselves, or something like a lotus if you leave them flat. If you are an adult or an older child using this, it should suit all your flower crafting needs.The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because it’s difficult for younger children to use. The blade isn’t as sharp as the more expensive brands, and it requires more pressure to get all the way through. Some kids were able to punch through regular 20 lb paper but card stock was too difficult for some 4-8 year olds. Also, retrieving the paper flower is difficult because the sliding door doesn’t glide smoothly and the remaining paper around the shape gets a bit stuck, though this is due to the nature of the shape itself, not a dysfunction of the punch.

I loved this brand of punchers so much that I ended up buying more . They are strong and easy to use
