Bought these for my friends birthday we were celebrating on a cruise. Worked perfectly hanging from the ceiling with magnets.

These were exactly what we wanted. Filled multiple ceilings with these decorations. However, the curls with something on the bottom, you had to assemble yourself. The curl had a hole pop out that you had to put a twist tie through to attach the cupcake or party hat or birthday wish. A little tedious and something we weren't expecting we had to do.

Decorations are not preassembled as advertised, each spiral has a perforated edge which needs to be separated and a could ripped even though we were careful. I also only received black and silver in my pack, there was no rose gold as advertised.Overall, decorations weren't as advertised and became quite time consuming but looked good when up.

The decorations were great, but they are not assembled, so just keep that in mind when planning your decorating schedule. Additionally, there are no ties provided to attach…soon just used ribbon I had in hand! This all very well may have been in the description, and I missed it!
