When I opened the package I immediately noticed that they had a sticky feeling to them. It’s not like a sticky coating that can be wiped either. It’s whatever the material that this is made of.The three different sizes are handy.I can’t speak to how fireproof these are but the material feels very thin to be able to withstand high temperatures.

I really like that this set includes three different sizes of fireproof/waterproof document bags. The smallest (8x5) is perfect for storing emergency cash, the medium (10x7.8) is great for things like my passport and small valuables, and the largest (11x15) works well for important papers and some electronics. My only complaint is that I wish the largest bag was just a bit bigger—specifically to fit 11x17 documents like my mortgage papers without folding them. This 3-pack is also an excellent value—especially when I’ve seen individual fireproof bags priced significantly higher. Obviously, I haven’t tested whether they’re truly fireproof, but they feel sturdy and give me peace of mind knowing my essentials are more protected.

I ordered the Lihengkong Fireproof Waterproof Document bags (3 pack) to keep important papers safer than they would be in a file cabinet or drawer.Even at full price, I think these are worth it. Obviously I don’t have a blow torch to test out whether they can actually protect against fire up to 2000 degrees, and I also did not submerge them in a tub to check the water-proof ability, but I would assume there is some sort of testing that happens that gives those numbers.I’ve seen several of these bags, and they all have one thing in common - that odd feel to them. They feel sticky, or almost wet, but when you touch your fingers together, there is no residue on them. It’s an odd sensation that plays a trick on your brain with the sense of touch. But it could bother some with sensory issues, so just noting that, for anyone who may not have ever touched one of these before. They are well made, with a zipper, as well as velcro closure, which is nice. Many others I have seen do not have a zipper. Does it make a difference and protect things better? Who knows. But I like it.With a variety of sizes, you can pack things like a passport and travel documents in one, and a small laptop or tablet in another, when traveling.I would absolutely recommend them for anyone who just wants that extra level of ‘just in case’ protection for their valuables, or documents, either at home, or while traveling.

I haven’t put a torch to these to verify that they don’t burn, but I am confident they are fireproof. They appear to be really well made. They are thick and sturdy, with the outside feeling like silicone and the inside has a reflective, metallic finish. The top has a really good zipper with a water barrier seal over it. The top also folds over to further protect water from even getting to the zipper. I have purchased a few fireproof bags over the years and these are hands down the best quality, considering the materials and craftsmanship, that I have received to date. All 3 of the bags in this pack are perfectly sized for everything from cash to important documents, and everything in between. These are a great value for the price, and a smart investment for your valuable items and documents.

These pouches are strong and stiff, and feels like they definitely would protect documents in a fire. I havent tested the fireproofness, but judging by the thickness of the material, it seems plenty protective. As an added bonus, these pouches will definitely protect the documents against getting creases. It is stiff enough to not bend easily.Because of the many fireproof layers, there is a bit of cushioning to these pouches, and I think they will protect against impact as well. Overall I think these pouches will be useful to carry notebooks, or other valuables that are prone to being damaged easily. The large sized one is definitely big enough to put 2 or 3 large notebooks inside.
