We have started using this to make creme brulee, and torching the sugar to carmelize it. The measurements make it easy to fill evenly, and so far, no burnt fingers! For the price, and quantity, you can't beat it.

My wife wanted to try a Creme Brulee recipe, and put me on the search for some of these (I'm an active thrifter). These are priced competitively with used ones, and it's hard to beat 'new'. A bonus feature is these have markings to make it easy to measure out the contents.

I miss Bob Marley.These ramekins? They're exactly what you would want and hope of.I got mine to cook popovers in. Wasn't perfect, though they can make some good POs.I found them best for when I want to mix a, say, mayo, sour cream, mustard, a splash of Peri Peri, some lemon juice and black pepper for my french fries.Convenient. Small. A nice white, with little edges.

Packaged very well!!! Speaks to the overall quality of the product. The size is great for those not wanting a large portion. Easy to clean, attractive serving dish as well. All my dishes are white. This is great for puddings, custards, crème brûlée, and servings of butter, olives, pickles and on & on.
