Fits well. Works well. Only problem is I have to take my garmin watch off when I use it. Otherwise it helps with lifting heavy weights. It takes the pressure off my wrists.

The goal of this wrist support is to relieve the hands when lifting a barbell or dumbbells, and it works. The Velcro is strong and adjustable for all wrist sizes from what I can tell. They work well for dead lifts and rows. The only thing I don't like is that the arch on the steel hook is not a complete U shape to hold the bar. It is more like a J shape , so I feel more comfortable flexing the wrist the keep the bar stable, vs totally letting it relax. The bar I use is rubber coated so it's fairly thick. Still a solid product.

Hasta la fecha los tengo, han sido un gran apoyo para los ejercicios con demasiado peso.Muy duraderos y materiales de lo mejor.Valió la pena total su costo.

Me permitieron incrementar el peso de las mancuernas que cargo así como el número de repeticiones a realizar ya que antes de usar los ganchos sentía que los dedos de las manos se me abrían temiendo que en cualquier momento la mancuerna se me zafara y golpeara mi pie.

Despues de usarlo el velcro se despeja facilmente aunque si sirve para el agarre si no fuera por ese defecto

Los ganchos son bastantes gruesos, ayudan a sentir mas el trabajo del musculo, son de calidad y costuras gruesas, los recomiendo

Si quieres poder levantar mas, sin tener miedo a que se te caiga la barra o poder hacer mas y enfocar el ejercicio, en la espalda cuando hagas pullchin, esto te ayuda bastante.recomendado y comodo.

Un producto completo. Me brinda protección en las palmas de mis manos, seguridad a la hora de usar barras y mancuernas, amortigua el agarre aligerando la carga directa a las muñecas. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Ayuda en la mayoría de ejercicios solo debe evitarse en ciertas posiciones de ejercicios, donde no puede sujetarse la barra de pesas y puede ser un riesgo si se desliza. En lo General ayuda mucho a minimizar sobre-esfuerzos en las muńecas.

Muy buena calidad de estos ganchos para pesas, están fabricados de muy buen material, los ganchos son de metal recubierto de caucho lo que lo hace resistente y anti derrapante, las muñequeras de neopreno ajustan muy bien y son bastante cómodas, te ayudan a levantar pesos que con solo la fuerza de las manos es imposible, fue un regalo para mi esposa, le encantaron!!!

Los compré porque parezco de los antebrazos y me alivia algo la tensión. Ayuda durante el entrenamiento, ya que no fuerzas tanto los antebrazos y permite cargar peso. Para algunos ejercicios no son válidos porque limitan el movimiento y agarre, pero para entrenar con barra es ideal. Se ven resistente y fuerte. Lo recomiendo
