This is a great springform pan. It's made really well, both the design and the materials. The base has a nice deep groove that ensures a good seal when you lock the top in place, essential to avoid leaks. The buckle works smoothly and locks/unlocks easily. It's a nice weight, lightweight but thick enough to distribute heat well and cook evenly. And the fact that it's non-stick is very helpful when baking just about anything.I do a lot of baking and have used several springform pans, this one is definitely one of the better ones I've tried. I also love the unique champagne pink color. It's a lot more fun than the standard grey or black.

This pan is very sturdy compared to my previous springform pan. I am very happy with it.

This 10 inch springform cake pan is very sturdy & works well. It’s easy to open & lock the latch in place. There’s no leaking of batter & the pan is non-stick which makes it easy to separate & remove the ring from the bottom base. The base is a nice color so cakes can be served directly on there & not necessarily transferred over to another plate or dish. You would just have to make sure whatever cutting utensil you use doesn’t damage the pan.

This is exactly what I have been looking for in a cheesecake pan. It is heavy duty for good heat distribution, non-stick for easy cleanup and has a built-in drip pan in the base. My recipe has a lot of butter in the crust which always leaks out a little. Now I no longer have to put a second pan below to catch the drips, but also blocks the heat.

This is a hefty solid pan with a nice deep groove in the base that makes it easy to lock the ring in tightly. I used a new recipe from an author where I am still not always understanding her style of writing directions. So I of course made a significant mistake and wound up with a messy sticky almost unusable dough that was supposed to be rolled into a ring to cut cinnamon rolls. It was such a wreck, I had to use a my largest cookie scoop to get the dough into the pan. Despite the wet disaster, the non-stick coating allowed the ring to release beautifully and I wound up with something still resembling a cake and still actually very tasty and worth putting some icing on. So I'm impressed. It took very little effort to wash it up by hand either. I'm very happy with this pan!
