we decided to try these as we were buying peanuts and thought these might last longer. well the squirrels will eat the peanuts that there is not very many of and some of the sunflower seeds but not the corn so they leave a lot of the food. The birds do eat some of the seeds so its not a complete waist. But we will go back to the peanuts as they like them better then this mix of food.Also this does make a mess if you put it on your deck as they carry off the shield peanuts. Oh it ask about Flavor I didn't eat them so it was just a guess..lol

Package was not left in the mailbox as said. It was on the porch in the front of the house. Package that size would not be able to be put in a mailbox. But the product is ok for the squirrels.

It is a little pricey next to what can be purchased in local big box stores, the quality of the ingredients is so much better! THe sunflower seeds are big, and the ratio of seeds and peanuts to corn is pretty high (corn is the last things the squirrels like to eat). The squirrels LOVE this mix and it helps keep them off my birdfeeders. I will purchase again.PS. Many squirrels don't like the corn but I have some that do. It is all gone at the end of the day (I put out enough to supplement but not totally feed the squirrels). Luckily, corn that the squirrels don't take on first pass the chipmunks to (I feed low to the ground and in several places - just a handful per place). I literally have no waste with this product.
