Jumping rope is one of my favorite ways to get my heart rate going, so I have had several jump ropes over the years.In terms of quality, I can confidently say this is the most well-made jump rope I have owned. The handles are sturdy, have a little bit of weight to them, and sit comfortably in your hand.Adjusting the rope is simple as you hold down the lock and feed the rope to get the desired length. Cutting off excess is a bit of a chore. It may have been overkill but I found an angle grinder to work quite well.The carrying case and extra rope really knock this product out of the park. The rope runs between $17-$22 at the time of this review. Given the quality and amount of use you will get out of it, I believe it is well worth the price tag.

I have to say, this thing is Smooooth.With the rope/cable removed, I ran it over my pant leg once or twice, and one spun for approx. 15 secs, the other for 22.. so with VERY minimal effort, and cable giving inertia, this rope is not gonna be the thing that slows you down.Really impressed. Handles are comfortable/ergonomic, and rotate easily w/out hindering your grip or slipping.And the included weights are a good addition to add some extra push to any routine.Having an extra cable could serve as a boon if you wanted a different size for wife, husband, children(this is not your avg. Jumprope for Heart kiddie j.r, tho..), so like getting 2 for 1.Didn't realize at 1st what those 2 short rubber tubes were for, but obviously wear protectors to lessen damage to the cables, and also your flooring. Brilliant.Plus the included case is great for keeping everything together neatly while taking up very little space.Had gotten another rope, which.. is a good, ball-bearing type that seemed decent or better than anything I've ever owned, personally.But I gotta say, if you're looking to add speed, form and function to a time-tested exercise at a good price..You don't have to look much further.Fully recommend.

This is a very nice jump rope set. The metal cords are sturdy and smooth, although cutting them to size can be an ordeal if you don't have a good set of cutting snippers/pliers. The case keeps everything compact and organized, and I like that it includes a couple different ropes. The handles feel good to hold and rotate smoothly, and I really like the counterweights inside the handles. Once attached to the handles, the rope is easy to adjust the length, although there's only a few inches of play in the adjustment unless you manually trim down the rope length - which you will most likely have to do if you're shorter than 5'8" or so. Very nice set overall.

I’m honestly blown away by the quality of this jump rope. I’ve been looking for a way to get some cardiovascular exercise without the dread of running, which I hate, and this rope has completely changed the game for me. I actually do it in my office, and I enjoy the workout now—who would’ve thought I’d say that? The smoothness of the rotation is unreal, I suppose due to the ball bearings, and the cord itself never tangles. I had no idea a jump rope could be this high-quality, cracks me up. The handles feel incredibly solid, and the ability to adjust the length to fit my height is perfect. This has made exercising fun again, and I’m looking forward to sticking with it so long as nobody walks into my office while I'm working out (during lunch of course). It’s definitely the most stylish and efficient workout gear I’ve ever had and way more convenient than a stationary bike.What really stands out is how well this rope is built for a serious workout. The handles are lightweight yet sturdy, with a comfortable grip that keeps my hands from slipping, even when I try to go crazy fast (haven't quite got there yet). I love that it comes with removable weights for the handles, which lets me increase the intensity when I want to push myself further (I don't, but I might). Plus, the wire cord is wrapped in rubber, making it both durable and easy to handle and so far hasn't broken anything in the room. I'm just thrilled with this thing and if I wasn't so embarrassed about jumping rope in my office, I would show it off to my coworkers. Definitely a game changer for my fitness routine!
