I knocked off one star because the first time this “package” came in, I received trash bags. That may not be the sellers fault and more of an Amazon warehouse oversight (somehow). It was an inconvenience to have to reorder and hope that the right product came in and return the other one. Second time of ordering though, the decorations were exactly as described and good quality. Everything had bright colors. I think it was a really good value for my money (all things considered). I would buy it again for another birthday party.
