I found this while looking for something to fix a door that had apparently been picked open a number of times by the prior occupants. It was chewed up like a squirrel had been trying to get in. I initially thought about fixing the wood with wood filler and then trying match the stain (it's a solid wood door), but I came across this on Amazon and read some other reviews of people who had used this for a similar purpose.I installed it and it looks great. Covered all of the beaver chew damage up with ease. It also provides the added benefit that no one else can pick the lock in the future because this plate won't allow it.
Not as bright as. I thought

Best product to cover up the pocket door cut out handle. I am replacing it with the standard 54mm hole and this product provides the support for that. I also like the recess for the plate as well so it can lay flush after install.

Error de nosotros sobre las especificaciones de las medidas, le quedo muy grande a la puerta, hay que poner atenciones en relaciona las medidas que se requieren

Replaced an old gold one. It was thick enough for this specific door. Had bought another one at home depot but that one was too thin.

This saved me hundreds of dollars on a new door. I had the option of buying a new door or adding these reinforcement brackets to my old existing door. The door become more solid and works better then before. I purchased 2 of these units and installed them on the door knob and dead bolt lock. The original door had split and doctored it with PL and installed these reinforcement brackets. Im so happy I saved the old door rather then replacing it for a new flimsy, thin, cheap door.

As advertised. Work great hiding damage from losers trying to pry their way in. All these parts seem pretty over priced for what they are though
