The grinder is great. It works well on my mosaic and stained glass. What I like is that it is water self-feeding, so it doesn't need a sponge behind the grinder bits any more. Compact size, rechargeable, low voltage and easily used in different place.

It went out of battery so I plugged it in for HOURS!! Still the red button blinked and stopped working. I got this on my credit card because I didn’t have enough money but now I’m going to be paying for this pos for months that doesn’t even work. Fu

I applaud this company for their customer service. I had issues with my first grinder but they responded to my needs and assisted me with getting a working machine. I am appreciative.
