Not what I expected the one I have does not beep when full 😒 I also tried using the drain hose and that did not work good it end up falling off the back and water was everywhere now I’m really confused because it will turn on but haven’t ran again 🤦🏽♀️🙄 they said if u use the drain hose put the dehumidifier up high but I also found that difficult when I noticed there is no lock on the wheels what a waste I gave 2stars because of the delivery and the price I caught it on sale but I’ll pass may even return if it don’t cut back on HOPEFULLY

Return window expired before I could realize it never absorbed any moisture water into the tank. Expensive for me, for it not to work.

El deshumificador funciona muy bien y cumple con lo establecido en su anuncio, los materiales son de muy buena calidad y espero que no tenga problemas en su funcionamiento por mucho tiempo.Lo único desfavorable es la compañía que entregó el producto,ya que realmente son muy ineficientes y con nula capacidad para contactar al cliente para hacer una entrega efectiva y de calidad, para ellos pésimo servicio, ojala que como empresa no lo utilicen más.

I was wondering whether I got a dud or not. Although this dehumidifier looks slick and quiet to run, it is totally ineffective in an enclosed 600 sq ft basement (rated for 2,500 sq ft/232 sq meters).I used a desktop hygrometer first to measure how humid the basement was (eg, 75% RH). Then I set the humidity setting of the machine to 60%. After 2 days of continuous running, the elevated dehumidifier (on a stool about 8 inches/ 20cm high) struggled to get the humidity only to around 72%, with the captured moister running through the supplied tubing to the drain. strangely, with much of the moisture dripping outside the tubing.In addition, the instruction manual is poorly translated (from Chinese?) and the text does not show the functions of each very small symbols on the machine. The inexperience users have to figure it out.All in all, I am returning this back to Amazon, and I cannot recommend this dehumidier.Amazon also need to change the description too because this dehumidifer is not built to function effectively for a 2500 sq ft area since it cannot do its job even in the ~600 sq ft enclosed area.

I've had this running for two days now, 24/7 on automatic draining, and despite stating it's for 2000 sq. ft., my 975 sq.ft. basement with 7 ft. ceilings has only seen a reduction in humidity from 85% to 64%. Given the much smaller space, I'd think this should be doing a faster job. Keeping an eye on it to see if it continues to remove more of the excess humidity; I want it to be around 35% tops.It's now August 19 and I've had this thing for a month and it still won't take humidity any lower than 57%. I have to think that 2000 sq.ft. is a typo and that it should be 200 sq.ft.
