I use reusable straws due to a disability... I sometimes cannot drink from a cup. This keeps the two sizes separated and in one corner of he kitchen counter. Perfect item.

I'm not sure why I thought this was smaller, but it's not. Easily twice the size of normal straw holders. That's not my complaint though, that's my fault. My complaint is that the base of the thing is a metal cap... which is not attached to the holder in any way other than the tiniest bit of friction and gravity. Do not make the mistake of picking this up without holding a hand underneath the base; it WILL fall off and your straws will fall everywhere across the ground and clatter loudly. I ended up having to use double-sided tape to keep it on, but since the divider doesn't come all the way down to the base I could only apply it around the sides where there isn't room without having the tape stick out and be ugly.

I keep it on my counter so my kids can grab spoons forks and straws without needing help. For some reason silverware goes missing in my house and this has been perfect to prevent that.

Way bigger than I expected. Slots are the same depth all the way around so having different size straws don't really help the way u visualize it.
