Junk will try to catch fire crock busted after 2 uses. Plenty of juice from a roast it just over heats. And Customer Support does nothing just says crock cracked. After 2 uses this is best trash u can buy. Stick with a crock pot brand had one for 15 years never a issue with them.

Read the instructions. Make sure you follow the directions and put 4 cups of water in it on high for about 30 minutes before using it the first time. It burns off a smell to it and cleans any chemical in the pot that comes in shipping. Then after it cools off wash it with detergent. The heating pot smell went away after I did that. Also the outside of it gets hot so be careful around kids or putting it close to something. Large handles for holding it. Super big. Cooked a roast in it today and it was perfect and tender! I love it!

Buena capacidad para hacer caldos. Funciona perfecto. Lo que no he detectado es que se apague una vez finalizado el tiempo programado. Al parecer se queda en “keep warm”, yo esperaba que se apagará. Pero lo demás está bien.

Excelente producto, de gran capacidad, se cocina muy fácil que es excelente, funciona perfectamente y el sabor en las comidas es exquisito. Hoy 6 de septiembre 2023 A un año y medio dejo de funcionar 😡 y lamentablemente no tiene reparacion.
