So these are basically just like the original Aeron wheels for my chair. They pop right in. Similar height. Your chair may vary. Mine is a classic Aeron chair - about 15+ years old now.These are the standard software wheels for wooden floors - so it doesn't scratch, and doesn't roll SO easily that you roll away! Skate wheels WILL MAKE YOU roll in directions you do not want to go. Trust me!They were inexpensive - I think the original Aeron versions are the same price for ONE as the entire set here! Pretty sure they'll last... the others might have lasted, too... just accumulated a lot of dust that got compressed...etc. etc.A great buy!

I bought these after a lot of shopping and cross referencing with the official HM replacement parts website. The size is almost exact to the originals, and the design is a very close match in function and appearance. Installation was very easy, they seemed a bit loose but have stayed in the sockets even when turning the chair over for cleaning and other repairs. On a hard floor mat over plush carpet they are very smooth and don't bind when changing directions quickly.Overall, they are performing well and are a good value as replacements for factory casters. I'm pleased so far, and optimistic they'll last a good while.
