Have had it for 6 months now and use it multiple times a week in my kitchen and in the closet to reach items stored over the kitchen cabinet or in the ceiling.It is sturdy and well built. I expect it to last a very long time.Very happy with the purchase

I needed a stool that would work well outdoors to reach some high-up bird feeders. Being an older person, sturdiness and stability was very important. This stool definitely fits the bill. I especially like the grip handle at the top, providing some extra security.

Used frequently by family members, housekeepers, and other workers in home when a couple of steps is needed. Holds high weight as noted. Highly recommended. Would also trust to purchase analogous product from this company that has 3 or 4 steps (if available: have not yet checked).

There are many things to like about this ladder and only one thing that isn't. The bottom steep is not perfectly still as I use it. There is a slight bit of sway to it. I don't get the feeling it's going to break or fail and I do not think it's anything that will prevent me from using it as I please, but it is something to be aware of. The top step is very solid and large, for a good secure feeling when standing on it. The ladder is lightweight yet solid. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
