When I saw this headpiece is beautiful……OMG. It sits perfect on my head. The combs attached at the ends are for extra security. I’m wearing it for my wedding on 8/10/24. I can’t wait

My daughter will be getting married in a few days, and we thought that she needed to add something to the front of her wedding veil to provide a more lifted appearance to her hairstyle. She has very fine long hair which doesn't have a lot of volume, and her hair gives the appearance of being flat even when curled. The tiara made such a difference, and its combination of pearls with rhinestones provided a very elegant and lovely look.

I ordered this Fashey Star Wedding Tiaras and Crowns Silver Bride Headbands Pearl Headpieces Rhinestone Bridal Hair Accessories tiara to add to my crown and tiara collection.I love crowns and tiaras. I write fairy tale fantasy series under different pen names. I’m a sucker for a good story about a princess who saves herself, and maybe a cute knight or two along the way. My tiny little office in our NYC home is all done up in fairy tale decor. It’s covered in castles, dragons, and so very many crowns.Usually I collect silver and clear crystal crowns. They all go together beautifully k no matter how different their designs. Also, I look better in silver than gold. And crowns are meant to be worn. (I was an actor for years before I became a writer… I have been known to go all Method and put on a crown and gown to write from the POV of one of my queen of princess characters.)This tiara is a different design than I usually collect. I was intrigued by the silver and faux pearl design. It made me think of Rhett Butler, who allowed Scarlet as many jewels as she wanted—as long as they were pearls. You can heap pearls upon pearls, and it doesn’t look tacky, the way it would would other colored stones. This slim little tiara isn’t healed with pearls, but it does have lovely, artful clusters of the faux pearls. The tiara is silver bands with a slight triangular peak over the forehead. The faux pearls are piled upon the silver base and embellished with small clear crystals. The clear crystals appear in an assortment of shapes including stars and leaves. I greatly prefer the leaf motif, the crystal leaves next to the pearl clusters remind me of grapes in a vineyard. There’s a very classical feel to this little tiara. This is a small tiara, it measures about 6” wide and about 2” at its tallest point (over the forehead). But it is an appropriate size for an adult woman, as well as a teen or child. Some of the slimmer tiaras are really too small for a grown woman, but this one is a decent size.I think this is a great costume tiara. It looks best under dim lights or stage lights. Either way, the crystals pick up the light and twinkle. I’m not sure I would recommend this for a wedding. In full light, the faux pearls show their plasticity, the clear crystals reveal their inexpensive nature. This is a great inexpensive costume piece, and it’s a fun new addition to my tiara collection.Perfect for costume, cosplay, parties, concerts, or any time you feel like you want to wear a tiara or crown. It’s amazing how popping one on can brighten your day. Even if I have to do the dishes, I can do them in a crown… and imagine I’m a heroine in a fairy tale that somehow involves dishes and laundry and housecleaning. Try a crown on a dull day and see how your spirits might improve. This is a lovely little crown to try, those pearl clusters are charming.
