j'avais essayé auparavant un modèle plus gros (diamètre ext 5.7mm) mais c'était bien trop large pour les exercices de tirage notamment sur ma barre de traction dont les mousses étaient déchirées. A la place j'utilise ces manchons et c'est vraiment top, le grip est excellent et inutile de mettre des gants, et le travail des avant-bras est impressionnant...

Impugnature molto comode e robuste! Mi dava fastidio usare i manubri e la barra ez avendo mani grandi.. Con queste impugnature ho una presa migliore e più comoda.. Le consiglio
