I bought these to transport honey and thin liquids without leaking. They do that well. But they aren't easy to squeeze and the outlet is quite small. They do dispense honey without getting sticky, which is delightful; just not much at a time. The clear cap has a dimple opposite the interior cap's opening, which allows it to sit upside down (it's wobbly) and not leak a bit. For lunch condiments it would contain dressing well (thick or thin), but I would unscrew the inner cap to dispense the thick ones. I appreciate the ounce and milliliter measurement markings, but there are four others I cannot explain. The headings marked are 3, 7, 5 & 1; with various subdivisions. If the outlet and dimple were bigger, and the bottle a bit more malleable, these would be outstanding.

Perfect for having condiments when you need them but the bottles are very hard to squeeze. Does not leak and caps stay on securely.
