Although these fitness balls are fairly standard, there is one difference: there are two different shapes. One is round and one is like a mini football (American football).The round ones are good for increasing your grip strength.The little football shaped balls are supposed to be good for recovery (injury, surgery, etc). A small pamphlet has some exercises for both. It also has a lot of photos of the bones & muscles in your hand.In addition to the pamphlet, there’s a QR code. I took a look at the website but it’s all in Chinese. No graphics so I doubt there was much useful for me.Both shaped balls come in 3 different strengths.If you want to build up hand strength or are recovering from surgery or injury these fitness balls can definitely help you.

These actually are very good for me as I am weak.And there are 2 sizes with also round and oval.But they are a bit slippery.But I think they are very good quality.And I think for me they definitely work.

Review for "FitBeast Hand Therapy Balls 6 Pack – Stress Relief, Strengthening, and Rehabilitation Kit"I received 6 balls. Three larger round balls and three smaller oval shaped balls. The three larger balls all seem to be about the same firmness. The three smaller balls vary from smushy (a technical word) to very firm.I got these for stress relief, something to squeeze and move around with my hands. I like them for this. The fact that I got 6 of them means I can have a couple at home and also at work. Both the smaller and larger ones are fine to use for stress relief (just something in my hands). These may work for hand strength but I am not looking for that so I cannot comment on it.As some of the other reviews mentioned, the three larger balls all seem to be about the same firmness. The directions that come with the balls says they should ranged from less firm, firmer, very firm but the larger balls I received don't seem to very much from each other.Pros: Nicely made, good size, work for me for stress relief, like that there are smaller ones and larger ones.Cons: Seem expensive ($18 when I wrote this), if you care about the firmness of the larger balls - they don't seem to very much.I am glad I got these and have been using them. Like to have both a larger and smaller ball at my desk.

A nice set of stress/exercise balls. Tube container, mesh bag, three levels of hardness, and two balls per level, one spherical and one egg-shaped for different types of exercises. A color print of suggested exercises. A good set at a fair price, I have been using them on and off for about a week and so far no issues with the materials.

These stress balls are harder than I thought. Although the colors indicate less firmness, even the softest one is tough for me to squeeze. Either way, I use them while driving, and they help me stay calm during traffic jams. Recommended.
