I have triple negative breast cancer and will have surgery soon. Looked at several but this one looked the best. When it arrived I was pleased I chose this one. It is thick enough and comfortable enough that it will be comfortable and protective. Having two cats I was worried that I wouldn't have one to meet all my needs. This one holds my phone, kindle and whatever medical needs I'll have. Nothing in back to make it uncomfortable the belt clip hold is on the side and low enough to be out of the way. Very happy

I got this for my sister who is about to undergo a double mastectomy. The whole thing is so incredibly soft. The cushion is super thick to protect the surgical site and the pocket for the ice packs is perfect against the chest. I like that it came with the specifically sized ice packs as I think you might be hard pressed to find ice packs that fit into the pockets well. Overall this recovery pillow is perfect for yourself or anyone in your life that may have an upcoming mastectomy, reduction, or augmentation surgery.

My sister just had breast cancer and quickly surgery and this was the best thing ever she loved having this for surgery and then was able to be comfortable and quickly access being able to put ice in and out. She loved that si was soft and warm as she got cold easily.
