The 2L worked great after some head scratching and a trip to buy a higher capacity air compressor. The product is well built and solid construction. Had issues at first, not due to the product, but with not enough CFMs from a small pancake air compressor; it was on the minimum cfm requirement. I bought a larger air compressor at 8 CFMs. Then the suction was too much for the car brakes' bleed nipple threads and air was sucking in with traces of clean fluid. I tried some "tricks" with silicon grease and even Teflon tape on the bleed nipple threads, neither worked. The job took much long due to the learning curve and my own oversight. To finish the job and double check, I did the two person routine and the lines were indeed topped off with clean fluid, confirming the product pulled out and replaced with new fluid.

I purchased this vacuum pump for my sister-in-law so she could do her own oil changes on her 2017 Dodge Challenger. (I would do oil changes for her but she lives more than 1000 miles away.) I took this pump with me when my wife and I visited her sister recently and we used it for the first time to do an oil change on her Challenger.The pump was very easy to put together and we had no trouble inserting the extraction tube into the dipstick tube on her car. Within just a few pumps, oil was flowing smoothly into the spherical reservoir. We realized after a few minutes we needed to snug the vacuum pump about a quarter turn more on the reservoir to maintain vacuum. Once we did that oil removal continued without continuous pumping. It took about 15 minutes for all the oil to be removed but only required pumping about 10 strokes at 5 minute intervals.The oil capacity in this vehicle is 5.9 quarts and that fit nicely in the oil vacuum reservoir without being drawn up into the pump unit. After changing the oil filter and refilling the vehicle with fresh oil, we transferred the used oil from the pump reservoir into the now-empty oil containers. This was very easy to do by unscrewing vacuum pump, capping the top hole in the reservoir, then unscrewing the oil vacuum hose from the offset port on the reservoir and then firmly pressing on the provided spout. Using the handle on the side of the reservoir it was very easy to pour the used oil into the containers with almost no drips or spilling.This product is very nicely designed as it is compact and works very well! It effectively removes all the oil with little mess and, most significantly, allows an oil change without having to crawl under the vehicle. It takes a little bit longer to remove the oil by vacuum than it does by draining, but the convenience of not having to get under the vehicle is well worth the extra few minutes it takes to complete the task. This is an excellent product that I recommend to anyone who already does their own oil changes or is interested in learning to do their own oil changes.

Works great for doing an oil change my side by side. The different size hoses make it easy to get the most oil out of the engine.

I recently used this 200cc oil syringe to change the transmission fluid on my 1975 MG MGB, and it worked wonderfully. Although I needed more than 200cc, requiring a couple of fills, the syringe still made the process much easier. Its design allowed me to pump the fluid from the side of the transmission without any mess, which can be tricky on classic cars like mine.The syringe feels well-built, with a solid seal that prevented leaks during use. Even with the extra steps, it saved me a lot of time and frustration compared to other methods. Highly recommended for anyone working on cars or other maintenance tasks requiring precision fluid transfer. A great addition to my toolbox!
