Purchased this product for a bench power supply. to my surprize it came in very small but it does produce 12 + voltage, and comes in handy to try 12 volt stuff out, I do use it to maintain a float on some of my smaller 12 volt batteries allthough its not recomended but Used on the concret floor with no fire hazard. would have given it 5 stars if it was bigger but for the money its a good little conversation peice and functioal as well.

Purchased this product for a bench power supply. to my surprize it came in very small but it does produce 12 + voltage, and comes in handy to try 12 volt stuff out, I do use it to maintain a float on some of my smaller 12 volt batteries allthough its not recomended but Used on the concret floor with no fire hazard. would have given it 5 stars if it was bigger but for the money its a good little conversation peice and functioal as well.

This power supply went into overload protection immediately on power up. Based on my bench power supply readings I would be surprised if my example of this P.S. will deliver 4 amps, but it certainly will not deliver 5 amps. Will be returning for refund.
