Just got this yesterday so haven't used it yet. I like the size it's bigger than I thought and seems durable. The strainer is nice and the little handle that sticks out from the strainer so you can hold it is good. The one thing I don't like is it says Air tight seal and it's not air tight at all. But overall I like it I'm hopeful it will last.

Gave one to my daughter when she kept remarking on mine. She loves it and keeps her unwanted grease out of the drain.

I needed a cat proof bacon holder. My cat loves to dig his paws into any cup or container and scoop out what's inside. A lid was a must and this would look well in my retro themed kitchen.Some cons though: VERY hot when you put the grease in. Doesn't cool it down quickly at all either. The container is not insulated so it also heats up. I have stone countertops and thought it would be best to put on a oven mitt while it cools. If you are interested in purchasing I would add a decorative hot mat or something for underneath and only move by the handles.Second. I do like that it has a lid, but the item itself is very light. My cat could bat it around or knock it off the counter easily. Hoping they don't get bored enough to try.Overall I'll keep it, but I will try another option if needed in the future vs rebuying this one.
