We purchased these several months ago and have really disliked them from the moment we first used them. I am an avid cook and very capable in the kitchen. These pans stick, period. I left them unused for a while and just reused them today - they are horrible. It doesn’t matter how much oil I put on them or at what temperature I cook, the pan sticks. Thinly sliced potatoes fuse to the pan and need to be scraped off during cooking - eggs as well, they just fuse to the pan. To put this into context, they stick more than my cast iron skillets. I can honestly say that these are the worst frying pans I’ve ever used. I bought the pans based on the reviews in Amazon and now don’t believe any of them - I am quite upset and want to be very clear about this. Buyer beware - these pans do not work as advertised.

These pans were great initially. It was suggested that we use avocado oil to make eggs instead of spray Pam. The pans were good for the first few months when making eggs but now eggs almost always stick even when using a lower flame. Based on the supposed quality and pricing for these pans, I would not buy again.

When I first received the pa s they were very effective rhe eggs and food especially slid off easily foe the first three months by using little to none of butter. Then since we cook with olive oil it started to lose its non-stick features, little did I know that olive oil would not work with these pans! So disappointed with these pans especially if they are expensive. I will contact the manufacturer to see if I can get them replaced since it is within the year I have bought them.
