I had to buy new clothes after losing 70 lbs this year,,,I ordered this suit and when it arrived I had to send that order back because I'm thinner than I thought so I exchanged it for the next smaller size,,, beautiful color and perfect fit,,, this is a 3 season suit, too light for winter in the northeast,,,

Was looking for a suit that wasn't too pricey since I don't wear suits often. Found this suit and in classic fit which is awesome. It fits great. I am very pleased with the quality. Received many compliments at the gala I went to. Very happy with the purchase.

I associate the brand Haggar with upper-mid-range quality, probably from a store like Kohl's or Macy's. So, frankly, I wasn't expecting an especially high bar from this suit coat.Imagine my surprise, then, when I opened this up and saw how fantastic it looks! Honestly, the official photos do not do it justice. The blue is much more subtle and complex, with visible texture and slight variation. The fabric feels rich and drapes really beautifully. I couldn't believe this quality came at well under $100! (Side note: Apparently this jacket is from "J.M. Haggar" which is the branding Haggar uses for its most high end clothes.)My chest is about 41" around, and I ordered the size 40 Regular. That turned out to be an ideal fit. If I wanted to be picky, I could have the arms shortened just slightly, but it's honestly pretty close to perfect as-is. The length is traditional, not the shorter length that's popular with more modern cuts. But I tried it on with a nice pair of jeans and I thought they looked great together.As with any off-the-rack jacket, it's not quite perfect for my body. When I stand normally, there's a slight hump in the fabric on the back below my neck. A tailor could fix that pretty easily, but it's a minor issue. (Another option is that I could just learn to stand with my shoulders more back and relaxed!)One other minor watch out is that my jacket arrived with some wrinkles, probably due to being packed and transported in a plastic bag instead of a box. It's dry-clean-only, so I'll have to steam out the wrinkles.Overall, I love this jacket! It has some formal touches, so it could certainly be worn with the matching pants as a nice suit. Yet it can also be dressed down with a pair of jeans or contrasting color pants and worn more casually. Either way, it's comfortable and looks great!

I went for a 54L which is my normal shirt size and casual jacket size. Unfortunately the "classic" fit ended up too snug around my belly.The sleeves hang correctly, and the shoulders fit fine around my big gorilla wrestler frame.It was kind of hilarious how many tags and fasteners had to be removed! I had to cut easily 10 plastic tabs, and pull off another 5 paper tags. I didn't notice the rear fasteners until looking in a mirror and noticing the bunching at the rear.Not enough extra material to have it tailored to fit properly, so I can only wear it unbuttoned or lose a few pounds this summer....
