I needed another pair of quick drying pants for a geocaching outing. I swear by the Columbia pants, but those weren’t in my budget at that time. I wasn’t sure what to expect with these. The fit is nice. There are pockets in the right places. The material kept up with the sticks, thorns and burrs. The true test was the hour pouring rain that we hiked in. The pants did get saturated after a bit, but once the rain stopped they dried very fast. They kept their shape after washing. When the time comes, I would buy them again.

PROS:The color is a nice steel grey as pictured.Fabric is thin but not too thin, you can feel a bit of a structure. So should protect your legs from minor scratches from twigs or such when hiking6 pockets: 2 front seat pocket, 4 zippered (2 at the knees/thigh area, 2 at the back seat pocket)Zippers have hidden flaps to secure it and give pants a streamline look.Can't beat the priceCONS:The leg length is uneven, one is longer than the other by half an inch.The length difference is at the waist so the waist band sits slightly slanted. But at least the cargo pockets appears symmetrically aligned when you're wearing it.The waist is not fitted, cinnched in; a belt is needed.Don't know about it being UPF 50+Adjustable leg length closure is only one button, would've been sturdier to have 2 buttons per either side of the leg.

I bought one pair in the color grey to see if I liked them, they fit really good and the legs were long enough (5'7" and struggle with pants that are long enough to cover ankles properly) so I bought 3 more pairs for work. 2 black and another grey. The black were a little bit smaller but still fit decently....except for length 😡 they barely reach my ankles. Not happy about the extreme irregularity in the length despite supposed to be the same size.

great fit -- S fits a slightly shorter than 5ft 4" person with athletic build (not skinny legs) perfectly. Both M and S fit, M is slightly looser but still looks fine. Thin material, better suited for summer or early fall, but that was the intended purpose in this case. Pockets and zippers could be deeper and higher quality, but overall great value for the price.

I ordered these in Navy blue and black. The Navy blue are one inch bigger in waist and 1"-1.5" longer in length. The Navy fit perfectly, I returned the black. Too short and tight.
