Recibí el horno el 17 de septiembre 2023. Todo funciona bien, horneé 3 o 4 veces y estaba muy contenta con mi horno nuevo hasta que llegó el recibo de la luz por más de 4,000 pesos! Normalmente me llega por 100 a 120 pesos.Definitivamente hay un problema con el horno!Inmediatamente me dirigí a Amazon pero ya había pasado el tiempo de devolución. Me dijeron que contactara al peoveedor. He tratado de contactar a Hamilton Beach pero nadie responde ni por teléfono ni por correo.No sé a dónde más dirigirme.Una pésima experiencia!

Llegó a tiempo y lo empezamos a usar al siguiente día, tiene buena potencia y el tamaño es bastante amplio para que quepa hasta un pollo entero, aún no hemos visto si tiene algún ventilador para hacer la cocción por convección, había visto el modelo anterior pero me decidí por éste ya que prácticamente era el mismo precio aún me falta cocinar más recetas, les recomiendo los tutoriales en Youtube del usuario Ivan Gil, espero subir una actualización en unos meses

Package arrived a day early and in perfect condition. Easy to use. I have always had a countertop oven as I am single and using a full size oven is a waste. When my previous one pooped out, this was my choice. Great product for the money. I use it a lot.

I can't rave enough about this air fryer oven. It is way more than an air fryer or toaster oven. It can essentially replace your full size oven, especially for a household of 1 or 2. I originally purchased this to minimize the amount of heat produced while cooking in my apartment during the hot summer months. It certainly did the job, as well as reduced my energy bill by $20/month year round. I never use my full size oven any more except to cook full size pizzas (even then, I try to get pizzas that will fit in the mini oven!). It cooks things more efficiently and quicker than the full size oven and takes only a few minutes to heat up to even high temps like 450. I was burning a lot of stuff in the beginning - try reducing any suggested baking times by 3-4 minutes and/or reducing the temp by 5 degrees. I think the auto-shutoff feature is a great safety feature. Never have to worry about "did I leave the oven on??"! The beeps also always remind me to unplug it when I'm done with it as well for added safety. Personally, I love the analog buttons/dial and simple digital screen. I don't want or need a fancy touch screen with a bunch of menus. Just temperature and time. Simple and easy to use.The only negatives I would say about this air fryer toaster oven are the size and the cleaning. It is quite large and will take up quite a bit of counter space. In my opinion, it is worth it for how much I personally use it. I've even managed to squeeze it into a corner of my kitchen in a studio apartment. Cleaning the drip pan and the air fryer basket is a pain. I don't know if its just because I don't clean it after *every* use, but I cannot seem to scrub off all of the baked on grease from the drip pan, even after using oven cleaner. That's mostly a cosmetic issue and doesn't affect the performance of the oven. Cleaning the air fryer basket will require using a scrub brush. Nothing else will work, trust me. It will grab onto the fibers/bits of a sponge, towel, paper towel, scouring pad, etc. Do not try to dry it with a towel or anything either, just let it air dry. Using cooking spray on the basket every time you use it will help keep stuff from sticking to it and keep it cleaner longer.All in all, I would recommend this oven to anyone and everyone. Buy it for yourself, buy it for your family, buy it for your friends. You will not be disappointed. You too can stop using your full size oven and enjoy faster, more efficient cooking!

Es algo grande para una cocina con poco espacio, requiere de mucha ventilación, no es muy ahorrativo en consumo de luz, si tiempo de cocción en la función en air fryer es algo lento, pero funcional, en todo lo demás hornea, calienta de maravilla, sus parrillas son fáciles de limpiar, para si precio es aceptable.

El funcionamiento hasta ahora ha sido perfecto. Considero que la marca siempre tiene productos confiables. Este es ideal no solo por sus muchos modos de horneado, también por su tamaño, si es que no cuentas con mucho espacio en tu cocina. Tampoco es pesado, por lo que es sencillo moverlo cuando necesito limpiar la superficie donde está. Fácil de limpiar, aunque recomiendo no esperar mucho tiempo después de usarlo para limpiarlo, en especial si se usó aceite, ya que se pega con facilidad si lo olvidas.Su uso es sencillo, y las recomendaciones de uso que trae el instructivo resultan muy útiles si nunca has usado un horno así.

Es de un tamaño perfecto para cocinar platillos familiares, lo he utilizado para hornear pan y es maravilloso.Como recomendación si están acostumbrados a hornear en horno de gas solo modifiquen unos diez grados menos ya que, por su tamaño el calor está más concentrado, yo he horneado panes a 155°-172° grados (depende el tipo de pan y tamaño) por 35 minutos y quedan perfectos.

es mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba, en tamaño, funcionalidad y diseño! llego muy bien protegido. estuve buscando un horno con estas características y este due el que me convencio mas ,lo encontré en oferta y hasta ahora todo bien con mi horno,no me arrepiento de haber elegido este.

I bought this to replace another Hamilton Beach counter top oven which just died on me after 3 yrs. I bought this one because it had the added feature of air frying. It took me over an hour to get it to stay on for the 10 minutes suggested in the directions to burn off the smell. Then I let the oven cool and washed and dried the racks and pans and set to cooking for real. I just wanted to bake some drumsticks and fingerling potatoes. After a number of false starts with the oven turning itself off during preheat, eventually I was able to make it stay on for 35 minutes so the chicken cooked. Then I tried to air fry some halved brussel sprouts per the directions in the manual. Once again it didn't want to stay on the first 3 or 4 times I attempted it, but eventually cooked the brussel sprouts. The manual they give you is useless. I contacted customer service to ask them what to do. But I haven't received a response. If I don't get some help from them by tomorrow I am sending it back. Don't waste your money!!! Update, tried to use it again and it let me back something, but when I turned on the broiler to get it to brown the top it wouldn't work. Still no response from HB customer service, so I'm sending it back!!

I really love the oven I know it's not a toaster oven it's kind of what I was looking for I would have given it five stars but here's the thing when I went when I go to bake something I have to put it on say 10 minutes take it out 10 minutes less time then what the directions say and say if something is supposed to be baking at 3:50 I have to put it at 3:25 but it does work really good I really like using it a lot it's just I have to get used to the temperature and time changes on it other than that I'm fine I'm asthmatic so I had to have my gas cook stove removed from the housing authority because it was affecting my asthma and this product works really good for me as a temporary stand in oven until the housing authority finds me a new apartment with an electric stove but all in all I like it a lot.

I've only had this toaster oven for about a week and I will certainly update this review if it should fail on me at some point soon.I've gone through many toaster ovens over the years, every single one has always come with an inaccurate dial, hated it. Was determined this time to find a digital one. I'm happy with my selection, it's living up to my expectations at the moment.Previous to this toaster oven I had a PowerXL, it's heating element was amazing in the beginning but it's slowly wore out over time.. and the temperature it cooked at was wildly inaccurate, it suddenly stopped heating food randomly, I would come back to my food after the timer dinged and it would be completely cold. I got rid of it and I don't miss it.So more about this Hamilton Beach toaster oven. Right off the bat the things I noticed once I get it on my counter.. the legs are uneven so it wobbles and the front panel was not attached properly so the top right corner has an uneven look. I was afraid to damage it so I didn't attempt to put it back on myself, it feels stuck anyway.. so of course the first thing I think is their quality control is lacking... The last thing I noticed is sometimes while it's cooking the fan can get obnoxiously loud, if you move the toaster oven just slightly it will quiet down immediately.. hoping in the future this isn't going to be a problem.What I really like is the fact that this allows you to preheat before the timer begins. Every other toaster oven I've had begins the countdown once you turn the dial. Once it preheats then it beeps you put in the food, you hit start and then the countdown begins.Now this toaster oven is probably larger than any other toaster oven I've had, it does take up quite a bit of counter space. Which in turn likely does cause the preheating time to increase but I feel the pros outweigh the cons at the moment.My only pet peeve is with the design for the door coming down, because this toaster oven is longer the glass door comes down directly on the edge of my countertop.. the side swinging doors would have been a better design.Overall I really do like it, I just hope it outlives all the other toaster ovens that have failed on me over the years.
