Great for a hard hitting workout. I gave a previous review saying that it was heavy and slow and inconsistent. But I was wrong, it became consistent after a couple of weeks. I've grown to love hitting this speedball because it is heavy and requires hard hitting. I can feel the burn in my forearms and shoulders after using it. It's great quality too.

Everything came ready for assembly except the air pump, you have buy your own pump. Swivel pivots nice and smooth, bag was inflated to 4lbs and is a perfect size for intermediate boxers.
