Great. Our son loves it, he has a gaming laptop and it heats up quickly. This has a USB cord that connects it to the laptop for power, you don't need to plug it into a wall outlet.

Die Tmeperaturen für CPU und GPU steigen um 4°C. Es scheint der Hohlraum zwischen Laptiop und Lüfter zu groß zu sein. So können die "schwachen "Lüfter" nichts bewirken!

The cooling pad was as described, I found it well made, extremely quiet even on full speed. Works like a charm and I notice my laptop does not get nearly as warm as it was. I like the product and give it two thumbs up . I also like the fact it has NO lights so I can sit near others at night if they are watching tv. Extremely easy to use. Only complaint I have which is minor is that the usb power cable that came with it was only about 28 inches long and is male usb both ends. . Luckily I had another that was much longer that I used however it could be a problem for others., most do not have a double male ended cable to readily switch it. . Power inlet on pad is on right side but my power source comes from left side. If cord is to short you can also use a usb charger on an extension cord to get closer. I would definitely recommend this cooling pad. Slightly heavier then I thought but no big deal. Worth every penny.

Update: after a couple attempts and a week, they did get back to me and very promptly replaced the cooler. So I’ve added another star (so totally of 4/5).So I bought this last year. I’m a gamer, so I do use it a lot. Last week I noticed it was dead. Almost exactly 10 months from purchased.The product manual says there’s a 12-month warranty, but there’s no contact information in that. Maybe there was on other stuff I didn’t keep. So I tried contacting them through Amazon, and tried finding a support address. There’s been no response through Amazon and the support email I tried bounced back.

Los ventiladores no tienen nada de potencia lo tire a la basura

Es buena respecto a lo que cuesta, la potencia de los ventiladores es baja, esperaba que fuera mejor al ser 6 ventiladores, lo malo es que la mia se apagaba al llegar al maximo.
