Works great, but way too expensive for what it is in my opinion. But when you have to have it - you pay whatever they ask.

I received this battery charger very well, safely packaged. The charger itself was also protected in Inogen's heavy-duty air bubble envelope. I intentionally ran the charge down in one regular-sized battery for my oxygen concentrator, then attached my new charger to it.My battery charged up from 3% to Full in less than 4 hours.I am very satisfied with this product.

Always wanted one of these. You can charge the battery without it being on the machine. The price was awesome. I am really enjoying this charger when traveling.

Now it was about $50 cheaper than off the Inogen website. In my opinion $250 for a charger is a rip off. I will say it’s been so handy! I have all my batteries charged and it’s very easy to use. I’m still mad about price though.

I bought this battery as a replacement for an old charger (maybe...five years?) because I didn't know whether it was the 6-hour battery that didn't work or the charger that wasn't charging the battery that didn't work. It was the battery. The charger still works. It just slips onto the battery with a snap, and the three lights tell you the various degrees of the battery's charging status. Yes. It's expensive. But it works. And as I mentioned, I've had the old charger for about five years, so they...at least the old ones...are well-made.
