The IDEA of this is really good. And it’s mostly well executed. The strap DOES work for alleviating IT band pain, which I’m facing nearly constantly as a runner. (who doesn’t stretch near as much as I should 😅) I did notice a fair amount of slippage from the band & since I was constantly feeling the need to readjust it- I can’t see myself wearing it as often as I’d like.

I’ve never used an IT band brace before, but this one seems very well made. The padding makes it comfortable to wear, and the stitching and overall construction appear durable for long term use. It’s easy to put on, and I appreciate that it stays securely in place, no slipping or shifting, even during movement. The Velcro holds strong, keeping it firmly in position.As for relief, I’m experiencing some improvement, but it’s minimal at this point. I’m not sure if that’s due to the level of pain I have, how I’m using it, or if I simply need to wear it for longer periods. However, I do notice a difference while wearing it, so I’m hopeful that continued use will provide more lasting relief.I think this brace is at least worth trying since pain relief can vary from person to person. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit for your needs, consulting a physical therapist might be helpful. Overall, I’m pleased with the support it provides and will continue using it in hopes of seeing even better results over time!

I have had problems with my knee since I was a teenager. I have tried different kinds of straps for pain relief. I really like this one. It is big and high quality and has helped so far!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this but it was different from the “same old” style so I thought I’d give it a try.I’m a long distance runner and I’ve used the patellar supports that fasten under the knee before but to be honest, wasn’t that thrilled with them. They just didn’t help with my knee pain but maybe I had the wrong injury to be treated with a patella band.THIS is different! The strap fastens above the knee and it really helps support my thigh and also makes my knee feel better at the same time. It does not slip down when I run.It is easy to over- tighten the strap so my learning curve with this is finding that perfect amount of tension.
