We bought these for our 6 year old boy/girl Twin’s for Hannukah so they could begin to become more independent. They absolutely love them! I wish the handles were a bit thicker because their hands are so small, but they can use them, so it’s not a reason to not purchase them.They take them out all the time to cut their own fruit and chicken nuggets it gives them a lot of pride. They even help me cut veggies and maybe one day they’ll even eat them too ;).We’ve even used the larger green knife to cut cake. It’s sturdy and cuts well. And you really can’t cut yourself - believe me they’ve tried.

Compre los cuchillos para enseñar a mis hijos a cortar alimentos; se ven resistentes y de buen material; creo que son muy buenos para que los niños los usen sin correr peligro.

Great for cutting anything in the kitchen but very hard to cut your own skin. Great for kids. Very good quality and fun colored.

Great set for my preschooler. She loves being able to chop her own veggies. It's not really sharp (things like peppers require a bit more effort). Otherwise great set!

I LOVE these toddler knives.My daughter has always wanted to help out in the kitchen, so I bit the bullet and bought these knives not really expecting too much. Well, I was blown away. These will cut almost anything a normal knife will without the risk of slicing open skin. I can now set my daughter up chopping veggies for dinner which keeps her occupied while I chop the rest of them (and fix the pieces she cut lol)These are a fantastic learning tool and I actually prefer them over metal knives for slicing certain fruits and veggies. I use them frequently myself.If you want your child to develop knife handling skills or you're just accident prone and want to avoid losing a finger, this is a great place to start ❤️
