They stay in place on your desk and your wrists stay in place when resting on them. They are very comfortable, but the keypad pad is not wide enough for a full size keyboard; they are apparently made with laptop keyboard in mind. Not a big fan of their irregular shape, but this is probhably because they are not wide enough for my full size keyboard. If the were full-size width, I’d probably not be bothered by their shape, so it is not a big con. They are very effective at releiving wrist stress and just feel plan good to rest your wrists/forearms on. I was having pain from my wrist resting on the edge of my desk. The gel pads really helped to relieve the pressure points. They are made from a soft and cool gel. They stay in place well on my desk too. Overall, these are a great set.

I found that this wrist rest set for your keyboard and your mouse actually helps decrease discomfort from spending longer periods of time on your computer. It’s a good neutral color so it doesn’t stand out in your desk. it’s pretty grippy so it doesn’t just get pushed around on your desktop when you’re using it. The size is good for standard keyboards. I think it’s a pretty solid choice. I’ll probably order one for my brother as well.

This is the best one I have ever bought. It not only supports my wrist but also is cool to the touch. Which makes my wrist feel better.
