Good suit to wear during exercise. Very durable. Just make sure you get the correct size!

I recently purchased the Junlan Sauna Suit for Men, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it! This full-body waist trainer definitely helps me maximize my workouts by promoting sweating, which I appreciate during my fitness routine. The material feels durable and comfortable, allowing for a good range of motion while exercising. I’ve noticed that I sweat significantly more when wearing this suit, which is exactly what I was looking for to enhance my weight loss efforts. However, I do recommend ordering one size up. I initially ordered my usual size, and it felt a bit snug, especially during more intense workouts. A larger size would provide a more comfortable fit while still delivering the desired sauna effect. All in all, the Junlan Sauna Suit is a solid addition to my workout gear, and with the tip to size up, I think it will work even better for anyone looking to boost their exercise results.

This is a good product. I was actually able to go running in it. It made me sweat and I can already see results. The material is flexible and feels good on skin. The only thing I will say is the bottom half the shorts are a little wider than I like. I like a tight fight. Overall it is a good product and I definitely recommend.
