you need this, that's all I can say- you add the milk, 2 seconds later its freezing cold- no more taking the milk out, putting it away, etc. really nice to have

This never lasts more than a month. Eventually it stops cooling the milk. I have many nuts products that are the best but this is a waste of money.

Like another user says - have to place a heavy object on top to keep it on as the sensor doesn't sense that there's any liquid in it. Broke a few days outside return window and know what Amazon rep told me? Watch a YouTube video on taking it apart! And told me to take it apart and unscrew it! UNREAL! JUNK for $300++. Amazon won't take it back. ALSO came with no steel cable as shown in some pictures. I contacted Jura about this and they never responded - over a month ago! VERY disappointed made in China JUNK!
