Plug and play for the most part. Do n o t overtighten but also do not under tighten. The weather seal is kinda dodgy and sits really tall. Good and seemingly only option for that blacked out look.

Nothing wrong with this item but the delivery driver left it inside the back door of our business after entering a door saying employees only. Never rang our doorbell. Luckily we saw it sitting on the floor at random. Come on Amazon. Make your drivers accountable

La junta original esta colocada en una posición en la que no tiene contacto con nada. Tuve que elaborar otra junta, para que sellara correctamente.

Works for my 1995 Dodge Dakota. Sticks out a little around the edges. Screws almost lined up was able to put in at slight angle. Wire plugged right in to original plug on truck. Good replacement for first generation Dakota.
