Cold air kit is awesome quality and makes great work of melting tires off truck and doing donuts and running feom law enforcement, prob make and extra 150hp with this kit

So much better than the stock system.More power and sounds much better.Not to bad on install. Just make sure you recheck all the clamps after a good drive..

The manufacturer does not advertise this as a CAI so I want to clarify...This is not a Cold Air Intake kit. The kit leaves a massive hole for hot air from the engine compartment to be sucked into the filter. Looking at the picture provided by the manufacturer, you see a separated area for the filter which implies a separate compartment for the filter which would provide cold air for the intake. When installed, large gaps are left between the Compartment wall and the intake tube. If you are looking for a CAI, look elsewhere.
