We used the feature on our meat grinder to stuff them. It went well and the casings worked like a charm. The strings are tied to one end so you have to remove it and divide it for both ends. Not a deal breaker.I would recommend.

I really like these casings over the larger ones I have used in the past. These are more the like size of commercially produced sausages, especially the diameter. These give a diameter more akin to a cracker topper that a lunch meat like the larger casings. Plus they make a neat and tidy package for when I give away sausages. Where as before I would cut the larger cased sausages into thirds or quarters, this casings allows me to give a nicer presentation.
