these are the cheapest trail runners i found in 4E. they are def on the cheap side and won’t last very long out on the trails. very thin sole across the front pad of your feet ( behind toes) you can feel every little twig etc. better suited for the mall, but i’ll get a few runs in them.

I burn through shoes pretty quick, and I was surprised how long these lasted. I rarely see the tread on shoes wear out before I break through the sides of them. I would recommend for the price.
