This is the only cash drawer I can find this size, which is exactly what I need. However, you cannot manually open the drawer with the key- you have to use the lever under the drawer in the back. I personally do not have a need for a receipt printer and run my Point of Sale on an iPad, so this just won't work for me.Update: After communicating with the seller, they told me that the drawer can be opened manually just using a key, which is false. I then advised if that was the case, I had a defective one and would like an exchange. They then changed their tune and said that is NOT the case and I would be charged a restocking fee almost equivalent to half the cost of the drawer. They've gone on to go back and forth and tell me that I basically should have read the listing, but there is no description in the listing whatsoever. This drawer is cheap, plastic, and won't last long. My husband was able to disassemble it and take out a part so that I can use it with just a key (and not have to lift it up and use the lever under the drawer). Zero stars for customer service, and honestly, went from a 3 to a 1 star for the drawer itself and overall experience.
