Easy to install and looks nice, i can’t say if it shows fingerprints. I doubt this will protect the laptop if it falls but for someone using in one location it’s great.

Fits my macbook like a glove, protects it well and is secure. I have not had any issues with this case so far other than the keyboard mat moves around a little more than I would like but I don't really need it. I mainly wanted the hard plastic protective cover for the laptop overall. It is sturdy, bold solid color, and is exactly as described in the listing.

Firstly, this looks like a great case and extremely good value for the $s - included 2x USBc-USBa adapters. I dont like using the keyboard cover as it may, over prolonged use, mark the screen. So, not worth the risk. Just dont keep water close to the keyboard... But here is the issue with all these covers. The MBP lid seems to be finely balanced. Without the cover, the lid will NOT auto close at any inclination. I have tried this on a MBP16 and MBP14. BUT, when you put the cover on, the lid, when you get to about approx. 5" from full closure, it will automatically close due to the wight. Now, on my OLD MBP this did not happen. Call it Apple has finely balanced the cover or reduced the strength of the hinges, this is reality. I can live with it as I rather have a cover to prevent scratches etc. but this seem to be the situation with my MBP 14 and 16 - I have tried two set of covers with the same issue.
