These keyboards can be polarizing - you tend to either love them or hate them. I'm typing this review on this keyboard and I'm really enjoying it!My daily driver keyboards are a Logitech KB 350 (for work) and a Logitech MX Mechanical (for play), so I'm already quite used to the split/tilted/angled style of the keys - but to be fair, this Nulea wireless keyboard raises the bar on that. There are a bunch of borrowed styles and designs integrated into this keyboard: multi-PC connectivity via Bluetooth, USB cable and a 2.4 gigahertz USB A dongle that stows away neatly on the underside. Pretty much all the best ideas we've seen for many years are rolled into this keyboard.Aesthetically, the keyboard is beautiful. The colours, plastics and shape of everything are super sleek, elegant, and very suitable for professional office use in my opinion. The wrist rest is butter soft with a firm, light padding that feels like nothing at all to me, and I'm guessing that's the point - you are fully supported so feel zero strain on your wrists or tendons because everything is aligned where it should be to type (as natural as that can be for humans, I suppose).I really like the keyboard shortcuts to flip between Windows and Mac key layout options (Fn-Q, Fn-W} - and you can flip back and forth quickly between them, like if you have this keyboard paired to a Mac on Bluetooth and PC using the 2.4G dongle. I like the coloured status LEDs that report which connection you are using and battery charge status (super clear from any angle and very bright). I like how the keys are very quiet (definitely feels like a good quality membrane keyboard with a nice, tactile bump on all keys). I love the foldaway feet to raise either the front OR the back of the keyboard - perfectly suited for portable lap-desk use and this REALLY reduces typing stress on the back of my hands. The Bluetooth latency is much less perceptible to me than on my MX Mechanical (way to go, Logitech - this keyboard is a quarter of the price!).A couple of things I didn't like:-no right control key-the butter-soft vinyl on the wrist rest might not stand the test of time. It's pretty thin/light and wraps around a hard front edge of the wrist rest that may wear it out prematurely if you are heavy handedOverall, I love the way this Nulea wireless keyboard looks, and I'm able to type at the same speed as my daily drivers. So to me, this is an absolute win.Highly recommended!

As a frequent typist, I recently decided to invest in the Nulea RT05B Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard, and here’s my detailed review after a few weeks of use.Design and ComfortThe Nulea RT05B stands out with its split ergonomic design, which promotes natural hand alignment and significantly reduces strain on my wrists and forearms. The cushioned wrist rest is a game-changer, providing ample support and comfort during long typing sessions. The keyboard’s white and yellow color scheme adds a refreshing touch to my workspace.Connectivity and CompatibilityThis keyboard offers both Bluetooth and USB connectivity, making it versatile and easy to switch between my Windows PC and MacBook. The dual-mode connectivity is seamless, and I haven’t experienced any lag or connectivity issues. The USB-C rechargeable feature is convenient, ensuring that the keyboard is always ready to use without the hassle of replacing batteries.Typing ExperienceThe key layout took a bit of getting used to, but once I adapted, I found my typing speed and accuracy improved. The keys have a satisfying tactile feedback, although they are slightly noisier than I expected. The adjustable tilt feature allows for a personalized typing posture, which has been beneficial for my overall comfort.Additional FeaturesOne of the standout features is the customizable RGB backlighting. It not only adds a stylish flair but also improves visibility in low-light conditions. The keyboard’s build quality feels robust and durable, promising longevity.ProsErgonomic split design: Reduces wrist and forearm strain.Cushioned wrist rest: Enhances comfort during extended use.Dual-mode connectivity: Seamlessly switches between Bluetooth and USB.USB-C rechargeable: Convenient and eco-friendly.Customizable RGB backlighting: Adds style and improves visibility.ConsKey layout adjustment: Takes time to get used to.Noise level: Keys are slightly noisier than expected.Overall ValueThe Nulea RT05B Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard is a solid investment for anyone seeking comfort and efficiency in their typing experience. While it may take some time to adjust to the key layout, the ergonomic benefits and additional features make it a worthwhile purchase. Whether you’re working from home or in an office, this keyboard can enhance your productivity and typing comfort.

The main problem with these kinds of keyboards is to get used to them after using the regular keyboards for a long time. Also switching between these and the regular ones can be an issue. If you are going to use one of these, you have to use it on all of your computers, else like me you may have issues. This one, for some reason, does not suffer from that similar fate. I found that between the regular and this keyboards, this particular design was the easiest for me to switch back and forth between this and the regular non ergonomic keyboards. The only thing I can think is that there is a spacing between the keys that has a limit beyond which your hands/fingers lose footing. And this keyboard seems to be within that limit. I am typing on this keyboard right now, and right before, I was typing on my laptop, which has a regular squished up keys that most laptop have. However, switching between the laptop and this keyboard did not present a challenge, unlike other ergonomic keyboards I have used in the past. Over all, the build quality is above average, and comes with built in batteries (USB C connection) and a decent range that is possible with a dongle that has its name on it. For me that is important, because I keep losing these, if they don’t have the brand name on them. It also has a space for the dongle underneath the keyboard, so you don’t lose it, if you disconnect it. The only downside is that it is a bit on the heavy side, because of the attached handrest. Overall, an above average product, that does the job, as long as you don't need the CTRL key on the right side. This review is for the “Nulea RT05B Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard, Split Keyboard with Cushioned Wrist Rest, Bluetooth and USB Connectivity, USB-C Rechargeable, Compatible with Windows Mac Pink Grey”.

I was wanting a bluetooth keyboard as my regular wireless keyboards have been giving me issues. This has a wireless receiver, but with Bluetooth dongles at a reasonable price, a single dongle to control many different peripherals is a no-brainer. This bluetooth works well, but there is only one channel, so you cannot connect to multiple bluetooth machines. It does have an rf dongle that worked immediately out of the box, and it is easy to switch between bluetooth and the rf receiver. In fact, it can even switch to a wired connection if you want (using the USB) charging cable. Interestingly, the rf-dongle attached to the back is not a friction fit...it is a magnetic holder--very elegant.I haven't used a split, ergonomic keyboard in a while, and it does take a bit to get used to. If you are a good typist, then the transition is fairly smooth as you find your new key spacings. The one thing I'm finding it hard to get used to is the arrow keys; I much prefer the upside down T configuration. This is just a matter of choice, and not enough to remove a star. While most keyboard have feet that you can put up to tilt the keyboard up at the back and towards you, this is actually bad for your wrists. This keyboard has those, but on the bottom, you see that you can tilt the keyboard up at the front to try to preserve good wrist alignment. This is actually the first time I've had a keyboard like this! For the pink one, I was a little concerned that it would be "too pink", but it is not. It is a very acceptable pastel colour that is easy on the eyes. All in all, a keyboard is about typing, and I really enjoy the keystrokes on this one. The move a nice depth with a subtle click. Everyone has a subtle personal preference, but this one is definitely near the top for keyboard mechanics for me.
