It heats quickly. You can heat the front or the back or both. There is different temp levels. The charge box keeps it charged a long time. Also you can charge your phone on it. It's light weight and the fit was perfect. It's my favorite jacket. Not tacky at all. The package was great and clear instructions. Super fast delivery. Ordering more .

I have used it a few times, charged the battery and when I plugged back into the jacket the cable in the battery pack is having issues once plugged. I have to move it around for it to work once I have the spot for the plug I can’t move or it will stop working. Only had it 2 months and used the battery pack 3-4 times and no I don’t leave the pack in my jacket when not in use.Other than that, I like the jacket as is but I didn’t pay the price to have no heat in the jacket.I’m out of the return and now appears I am liable to fix and replace the issue.

Competitive price, quick shipping, easy instructions. The heated jacket works as advertised and keeps my wife warm at the hockey rink. I highly recommend.
