I just received my order at least a week or so ago. The handsets are nice and slim and the base is a nice compact size. It's on my nightstand and doesn't take up too much space. The phone looks like it has a lot of nice features. I'm not technical, I just need the phone to have volume so I can hear the person clearly.I was testing the phone talking to my son. The volume wasn't very good and his voice was not very clear. My thoughts were, ugh now I have to return this one and waste time searching for another. I was very disappointed.In the next couple of days suddenly the volume was loud and clear. I don't know how that happened because I didn't do anything. One of the reasons why I chose this phone was after reading some reviews I read that this phone had a call block feature. I get unkown name and another call with two numbers that start with 47- I never wrote down the rest of the numbers. I get calls 24/7 from these two numbers so I hope the call block feature will help.So far the volume has been great and working well since and I'm happy with the phone and will keep it.

De haber visto el aparato maltratado o con la mínima huella de uso, lo devolvía, porque la caja estaba muy maltratada, abierta, como vieja. El aparato estaba muy bien empacado y sin rastro de uso. Hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien y se ve bonito.

Lamentablemente el paquete llego maltratado, la caja del teléfono llegó con golpes y hasta perforaciones, ya que sólo la pusieron dentro de una bolsa, un teléfono llegó con un rayón.El envío y el embalaje dejan mucho que desear, no protegen las cosas como antes, espero que esto no haya dañado el funcionamiento del producto, y que funcione bien.La mala calificación es por la deficiencia en el envío y maltrato del teléfono.Actualizaré después de probar el teléfono, espero no tener que devolverlo, porque no se ve mal el color, de hecho se ve bonito, aunque la calidad de los materiales ya no es la misma de antes, todo de plástico y ya no pesan nada, parecen de juguete, en fin, esperamos que funcionen bien.
