One of the best prices on Amazon and the bags are good quality. Must have package for a Kirby.

I didn't use a particle counter so I can not say how clean these filter. They are similar to the blue baged Kirby with the black lettering on the bags. The kirby bags I had just run out of had the H11 designation on them. New Kirby bags don't. They just have HEPA on the package and either 99.7 or 99.9 filteration down to 3 micron. I think this is more porous than the Kirby. The airflow thru the hose for my diamond using this bag, is 12.7 M/S which is the same as my G4 with the stock Kirby bag. H11 99.7. Since the motor on the diamond is 635W and the G4 is 700W I would expect the airflow on the G4 to be a bit higher. That means this bag is more free flowing. Also it is thinner by maybe 1/16 to 1/8 inch. Anyhow it does seem to not exhaust smoke if I vacuum smoke so I guess they are OK. Just not as good as the original Kirby hepa bags. You can feel the difference. I do like the price. So I can recommend them unless you can get the OEM blue / black bags for cheap.
