This is them yesterday after a day in a sunny spot. We just used heavy duty double stick tape to attach to a nonporous fence. They were placed on the fence in a spot that doesn’t get a ton of sunlight and today they’re still as bright as when they were left in a sunny spot. It’s a nice mellow glow, for good ambiance and just a little visibility. I was also surprised to see they were such a yellow warm light, but it fits our vibe.

I really liked these! They were purchased to light up our backyard and pool area. The order arrived quickly and there was no outward, visible damage to the box. One individual light's casing and solar panel was cracked and broken; had to have happened before shipping. All 6 solar panels had protective cling-wrap which was removed prior to setting them in the sun. Each light was exposed to strong Midwest sunlight, approx 15+ hrs a day, and after 3 days, not one light works! I am so disappointed. With the hefty price of over $40, I expected them to be heavier, weightier...they are not. These lights are shoddy and made of cheap plastic. They would be grossly overpriced even at $10 in a bargain outlet.

These lights are really fun. I love the intricate design it puts out, something a little different from the norm. I see a lot of complaints in the reviews about the lights not working long. My opinion, they are not getting enough sun to charge. If you have them out in a shadier area, I suggest slipping them off now and then and putting them in full sun for a good charge.

These lights give a stunning glow on my rooftop wall. I love them. I’ve had them for about 6 months and they work well, getting full sun.After some time I noticed a few were a bit dim and died after a few hours however I was able to fix this:1) A white film will develop over time on the solar panel. This will limit the light passing through to charge the battery. I removed the film by rubbing it with CIF cream cleaner and a paper towel and wiped clean with water after. Worked fine from the following evening. The film will develop from time to time so simply clean it off.2) The battery contacts became rusted so it wasn’t getting charged. I unscrewed and opened the back of the panel and cleaned the battery contacts with a wet paper towel and electrical spray. Worked fine from the following evening after getting a full days charge.I’m in the Caribbean so lots of moisture from sun and rain.
